Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide a free replacement.
No extra charges will be applied.
👉 You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof.
How to Reques​t an Exchange:
To request an exchange, please email us at teerific.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order details and clear photos of the defect or wrong product. Our customer support team will guide you through the next steps.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Size Exchange (Paid Service)
If you want to change the size, it will be a paid exchange service.
Exchange Charges (Per T-shirt):
Within Kolkata – ₹50
Within West Bengal – ₹100
Within India – ₹150
Size exchange is allowed only for the next immediate size:
M ↔ S
M ↔ L
L ↔ XL
❌ Not allowed: M to XL / XXL or skipping sizes.
