At Tee-rific, every product is made with care. Since most of our T-shirts are printed on demand, please read our policy before placing your order.
Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Color preference
- Minor variations in print placement or color due to screen/display differences
Exchanges
Free Exchange
We offer a free replacement or exchange only if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive a defective product.
- You receive the wrong product or incorrect size due to our mistake.
A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory to claim any free exchange or replacement. Requests without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.
Paid Size Exchange
If you need a different size after placing your order, we offer a paid size exchange at the following rates:
- ₹50 – Within Kolkata
- ₹100 – Within West Bengal
- ₹150 – Anywhere in India
The product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original condition
- With all tags and original packaging intact
Exchange Request
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- Mandatory unboxing video (for free exchange/replacement claims)
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order enters production, cancellations are not possible.
Processing Time
Once your request is approved, the replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days and shipped to your registered address.
